Can the board please clarify if all homeowners will be voting on the monthly dues increase? Thank you for the slideshow during the meeting, very helpful and professional.

Based on our current finances and upcoming expenses, the Board felt the increase was necessary. It will be included in the proposed 2027 budget and presented again at a properly noticed budget meeting. Homeowners will have the opportunity to ask questions and may reject the budget if a majority of all homeowners vote to do so.
